Back from Japan

So I am back from my week in Japan. It was phenomenal (as expecected). I'm still recuperating but here are a few things that I picked up in Tokyo that I'd like to share. I'll write more later.

A crayon Be@rbrick and this crazy hot sauce that you can put on anything to give it a little fire.

This street vendor makes these swell little cell phone charms. I bought one for a Christmas tree ornament. If you're wondering, his name is Harryjuku.

These are my sweet new slippers by Fabrick. You won't find these at JCPenny darg.

So here is the deal...for the 24 hour period of January 20th SGHC is having a sale to celebrate and support our new president Barack Obama and respectfully (keep your shoes on your feet) say goodbye to George W. Bush. 50% off all items on the website. The sale only qualifies for our online store, only qualifies on the 20th AND only qualifies if you enter in the cool code word:obamarama when you are checking out. There will be a special line for coupon codes on the payment page. If there is any confusion, fear not, I will make sure all is rectified in the end. Relax GW! You deserve it!

The secrets of Chinatown

This past weekend we went down to Chinatown with our friend Shannon to check out some art exhibits. On the way Cassie found this sweet store called Robocon and picked up this Be@rbrick for me.

Scotty and Barnaby

Shout out to Holly Joy who got me some Lego's for Christmas! For those of you who don't know...Lego's are the greatest toy/thing in the world. If you can think it, you can make it, word up. I got to work and built two robots.

On the left is Scotty (as in beam me up) and on the right is Barnaby (as in watch the first 30 seconds of Wall-E). In this picture they are chillin' out on a park bench.

Medicom Toy makes Be@rbrick. I like Be@rbrick. Disney/Pixar makes Wall-E. I like Wall-E. Put 'em together and its magic.
